  Sepideh, a BCIN Qualified Designer in Ontario with a Master’s degree in Architectural Engineering, brings over a decade of international and Canadian experience in architectural design and building code compliance. With a background in both residential and commercial sectors, she has been instrumental in producing detailed construction drawings, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and navigating OBC and zoning regulations. Sepideh has contributed to a variety of permit-driven projects across the GTA, consistently delivering practical, code-adherent solutions with a keen eye for technical detail. At Nouvarch, she continues to bridge design and execution through a methodical, hands-on approach grounded in architectural engineering.

  Setareh is an Architectural Designer with a Master’s degree in Architecture and a refined design sensibility rooted in both creativity and technical expertise. She is involved in all stages of design development, from concept design and space planning to preparation of permit and construction drawings. Setareh brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to every project, ensuring that design intent is carried through to execution. Her ability to translate client needs into functional and aesthetic spaces has made her a valuable contributor to the Nouvarch team.

  Pouya brings several years of structural engineering experience in both Canada and abroad, with a strong background in residential, commercial, and industrial projects. As a Structural Designer and Project Manager, he has led design teams through all phases of structural work—from early coordination and assessment to detailed design and permit submission. Known for his practical solutions and deep understanding of building codes, Pouya consistently delivers efficient, compliant designs. His collaborative mindset and technical precision have made him a trusted partner to architects, consultants, and contractors across the Greater Toronto Area

With several years of experience in the energy and sustainability field, Maya has contributed to a range of residential and infrastructure projects as an Energy Modeler and Project Engineer. She holds degrees in Mining and Mechanical Engineering and is currently completing a PhD focused on optimizing geothermal energy storage systems. Her research involves modeling subsurface heat transfer and writing simulation code to improve ground heat exchanger performance.
Maya is LEED-certified, a Six Sigma Green Belt, and proficient in eQUEST for building energy modeling. Her technical expertise and commitment to environmental responsibility help clients reduce energy waste and design more sustainable, data-driven systems for long-term performance and efficiency.
